Reservation and Cancellation Policies

To confirm your reservation, a prepayment of 50% of the total amount is required within 24 hours. The remaining 50% is paid upon check-in.

  • Cancellation 15 days or more in advance: 100% refund of the prepayment.
  • Cancellation between 14 and 8 days in advance: 50% refund of the prepayment.
  • Cancellation 7 days or less in advance: No refund of the prepayment. We offer the option to reschedule the stay once, subject to availability, within a 3-month period.
  • No-Show: The full 100% of the stay will be charged.

Pet-Friendly Policy

We are an animal-loving hotel, but to ensure the comfort of all our guests, the following regulations apply:

  • A maximum of one pet (dog) up to 10 kg is allowed per designated room.
  • A one-time fee of $23,000 CLP per pet is applied for the entire stay.
  • The pet must always be on a leash and muzzle in common areas. Entry to the restaurant or main lounge is not permitted.
  • The guest is responsible for bringing their pet’s bed and for any damage it may cause.
  • Up-to-date vaccination certificates must be presented at check-in.

Pool and Spa Regulations

To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone, we ask you to follow these guidelines:

  • Pool Hours: Monday to Sunday from 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM.
  • Hot Tubs Hours: From 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with prior reservation at reception (45 min maximum).
  • It is mandatory to shower before entering the pools and to use the complimentary swimming cap in the heated pool.
  • Consumption of food or drinks (except water) is not allowed in the pool area.
  • Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
