A Unique Terroir
Influenced by the Pacific

Recognized as one of the 11 Great Wine Capitals, the Casablanca Valley is a paradise for cool-climate wines. Its secret lies in the cold Humboldt Current that flows along the nearby coast.

Its morning breezes moderate temperatures and allow for a slow, elegant ripening of the grapes, creating wines of unique freshness, minerality, and complexity, especially in its acclaimed Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir.

A Journey Through the Land of Poets

Beyond the vineyards, the coastal landscape of our region is steeped in literary history.

Our hotel serves as the perfect starting point for a cultural pilgrimage along the famed “Route of the Poets.”

This journey follows the footsteps of Chile’s Nobel Prize winner, Pablo Neruda, and the avant-garde genius, Vicente Huidobro. It is an exploration not just of places, but of the dramatic coastal scenery that fueled their inspiration and shaped the soul of Chilean literature.
